Team RWB meets every first and third Tuesday of the month. “Try It Tuesday” is an opportunity to try out a new physical activity that maybe you haven’t done before or maybe you’re new to the area and want to find a good place to go. This activity will vary from month to month from trying yoga to rock climbing or water aerobics or learning how fitness equipment works at the local gym. We’re always open to suggestions.
